  • Wholesale supply is available to registered aquarium shops and retailers operating physical or online aquarium businesses. Wholesale pricing is not currently available to private individuals or home hobbyists.

  • Lucky Finn currently supplies albino bristlenose catfish and freshwater shrimp. These are bred locally in Canberra in small batches. Additional species will be introduced gradually as the breeding program grows.

    Availability varies depending on breeding cycles and stock levels and is always confirmed before any order is finalised.

  • Yes. Pre-orders are encouraged, particularly for larger quantities or planned stock rotations.

    Pre-orders allow Lucky Finn to plan breeding responsibly, grow fish to appropriate size and maintain high welfare standards. Timeframes and quantities are discussed clearly at the time of enquiry.

  • Lucky Finn supplies healthy, well-raised fish. However, Lucky Finn is not responsible for losses resulting from:

    • Transport conditions beyond our control

    • Incompatible tank conditions

    • Improper acclimatisation

    Retailers are encouraged to follow best-practice acclimatisation procedures.

  • Yes. Lucky Finn is a growing breeding project. New species and increased quantities will be introduced gradually, with care and consistency remaining the priority.

    Retailers are welcome to register interest in future species or discuss forward planning.

  • For larger orders, pre-orders should be placed several weeks in advance, depending on species and quantity. As a small-scale breeder, Lucky Finn focuses on quality over speed, and realistic timelines will always be communicated upfront.

  • Minimum order quantities may apply depending on species and availability. Because Lucky Finn operates on a small scale, not all large quantity requests can be fulfilled immediately. Where possible, larger orders may be supplied through staged or pre-arranged batches.

  • Wholesale pricing is provided upon enquiry and may vary depending on species, size and quantity. Pricing is confirmed before any order is finalised and may change over time as breeding costs and availability fluctuate

  • Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order and may include:

    • Payment prior to collection, or

    • A deposit for larger pre-orders

    Orders are not confirmed until payment terms have been agreed to.

  • Fish are supplied locally and handled carefully to minimise stress. Collection or delivery arrangements are discussed directly with each retailer and must align with fish welfare and appropriate timing.

    Once fish leave Lucky Finn’s care, responsibility transfers to the retailer.
